Eden Kaill joined Babin Bessner Spry as a Law Clerk in 2013 and took on the role of Marketing and Clerking Coordinator in 2022.

She has worked in administrative, academic and research roles in the legal, non-profit and academic fields since 2003, including positions with Daily Bread Food Bank, Saint Mary's University, Sheena's Place, Sunnybrook Hospital and Whaley Estate Litigation. 

At Babin Bessner Spry, Eden is responsible for coordinating and implementing the firm's marketing strategy, coordinating ongoing training for other clerks and staff, and providing assistance to lawyers in all aspects of the litigation process. She has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures, liaises with court staff, and assists counsel at mediations, examinations, and trial.

Outside the firm, Eden is the Creative Director of Only Human Dance Collective, the University of Toronto's inclusive multi-disciplinary dance company, and runs a weekly virtual open mic night.
