Melissa Ferrari joined Babin Besser Spry as a law clerk in 2023.
Melissa brings with her over 23 years of legal experience, and is certified by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at one of the top assessment law firms in Toronto. She has a thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil procedure and a comprehensive understanding of litigation proceedings. She has worked on files at all levels of court, including Provincial Offences Court, Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. She also has extensive knowledge of Assessment Review Board proceedings.
